How to Send Bitcoin on Cash App:

Tap on the Money tab. It looks like a bank building, or your balance, if you have any.
Select the Bitcoin option.
Tap the Send or receive button. It looks like an arrow.
Pick Send bitcoin.
Select how much BTC you want to send. Copy and paste the exact BTC amount on the invoice generated. If you don’t, the conversion may not be accurate and your invoice will not automatically mark as paid.
Tap on Send.
Enter the Bitcoin address you want to send to and select it. It will look like a long set of numbers and letters. Again, make sure this address is correct!
When you’re sure the address is correct, hit Next.
Pick between Priority, Rush, or Standard withdrawal speeds. The fee will vary.
Tap Next.
Verify the transaction details, then tap on Confirm & Send.
Enter your Cash PIN.
Hit Done.

PayPal lets you buy, sell, and hold Bitcoin directly in the app or on the website:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Go to “Finances” and then “Crypto.”
Tap “Buy”, choose Bitcoin (BTC) and set the amount, add 1-$2 from your order total to cover transfer fees.
Select your payment source — your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a debit card.
PayPal usually does not allow credit cards for crypto purchases.
Confirm and complete the purchase.
Once you have bitcoin click on transfer under Crypto in your Paypal app.
Copy our Bitcoin address from the checkout page and paste into your App
Copy the Bitcoin amount for the transfer and paste into your App.
Make sure both are correct and select send.
